Job Summary
We are seeking a professional, proactive, and customer-oriented Client Relationship Executive to manage and strengthen relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional client service, timely communication, and successful project coordination while contributing to business growth and client retention.Act as the main point of contact for clients and build good working relations with them.
Key Responsibilities
- Give regular updates to clients through WhatsApp so that they remain informed about the progress of the project, its deadlines, and deliverables.
- Address client queries and complaints promptly and give regular updates until the problem is resolved.
- Manage and monitor the email box of the company and respond to all emails received from clients in a prompt and professional manner.
- Coordinating with other departments of the company to get project updates and communicate them to the clients.
- Updating music playlists on various digital platforms according to the release schedule and marketing plans.
- Contacting DSPs, playlist curators, and music partners by email to place their songs on editorial or independent playlists and keeping track of the status of the pitches made.
- Helping in the coordination of the music releases, promotional campaigns, and content distribution in the music and entertainment industry.
- Documenting all the client communication, pitch updates, project status, and follow-up activity.
- Ensuring that all the clients remain satisfied with our services.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
