Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our Study Abroad team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students, generating leads, achieving enrollment targets, and guiding students through the study abroad application process. The role requires excellent communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads into student enrollments for international education programs.
- Counsel students and parents regarding study opportunities abroad, including universities, courses, admission requirements, and visa processes.
- Conduct follow-ups through calls, emails, and meetings to nurture prospects.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, educational institutions, and partners.
- Participate in educational fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional events.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and enrollments in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with admissions and visa teams to ensure a smooth student experience.
- Stay updated on international education trends, university requirements, and immigration policies.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
