Responsibilities
Mortgage Business Volume generation with HL & LAP mix.
Disbursement Target: To achieve disbursement targets as per budget which is based on market potential and UHF’s growth aspirations – Self and team both.
IRR, Fees and insurance.
Distribution management.
Collections 1 – 90.
Productivity: Monitor and drive FOS productivity.
Attraction and retention of Talent: Identify and recruit performers from the market as per budget projections.
Customer PD, engagement and retention.
Marketing activities in the location.
Co-ordination with HO for all portfolio related activities including operational, regulatory, audit, ratings amongst others.
Any other as business requires.
