Role description
Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled PowerApps Developer to design, develop, and deploy customized business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Dataverse, and will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver efficient digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Microsoft PowerApps
- Build and manage workflows using Power Automate
- Integrate PowerApps with SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL Server, and third-party APIs
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions
- Develop reusable components and maintain app performance
- Troubleshoot issues and provide support for deployed applications
- Ensure applications follow governance, security, and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, architects, QA)
- Participate in code reviews and documentation
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–7 years of overall IT experience
- 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform
- Strong knowledge of:
- PowerApps (Canvas & Model-driven Apps)
- Power Automate (Flows)
- SharePoint Online / Lists
- Dataverse (CDS)
- Experience in REST APIs, JSON, and connectors
- Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS (for customization)
- Familiarity with Azure services is a plus
- Knowledge of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) in Power Platform
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Power BI integration
- Exposure to AI Builder or Copilot Studio
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400)
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
