Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage the reception area and ensure it remains tidy and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as required.
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, scanning, and document management.
- Assist in coordinating office supplies and inventory.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Support various departments with clerical and administrative tasks.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
