Job Title: AutoCAD 2D Designer - Chennai
Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented AutoCAD 2D Designer with experience in preparing accurate 2D technical drawings for engineering, architectural, or interior projects. The candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD, capable of interpreting design concepts, and ensuring drawings comply with project specifications and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and modify 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop detailed layout, plan, elevation, and sectional drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to incorporate design changes.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, complete, and comply with project requirements.
- Maintain drawing revisions and documentation.
- Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and BOQ support drawings as required.
- Follow company drafting standards and project timelines.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in AutoCAD 2D drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D.
- Good understanding of technical drawings and drafting standards.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Knowledge of interior fit-out, MEP, or construction drawings is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
