- Qualification: BE/MTech, Diploma in Civil engineering.
- Experience: QA / QC experience of 5 plus years.
- Communication: Need English and Hindi communication
- Document Review: Examine blueprints, technical specifications, and contracts to detect discrepancies before work begins.
- Plan Development: Formulate the project’s Quality Management System (QMS), Inspection and Test Plans (ITP
- Inward Inspection: Verify that delivered construction materials (e.g., cement, steel rebars, aggregates) match approved submittals.
- Testing: Oversee and document physical/chemical testing, including concrete cube crushing tests, slump tests, and soil compaction tests.
- Daily Monitoring: Conduct regular, phase-by-phase site walkdowns to verify workmanship for structural integrity, concrete pouring, brickwork, and waterproofing.
- Hold Points: Ensure contractors halt work at critical stages for formal QC sign-offs before proceeding to the next phase.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate quality logs, concrete cube registers, calibration certificates for testing equipment, and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
- Audit Execution: Lead internal and external quality audits to measure system compliance and site readiness.
- NCR Management: Identify, document, and track the resolution of defects or deviations from the approved plans.
- As-Built & Snagging: Assist in generating snag lists and compiling final handover documentation (including As-Built drawings) to certify project completion.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
