Core Responsibilities: 4-10 yrs experience
- Payroll Processing: Manage monthly payroll for on-roll and off-roll employees, calculating wages, overtime, bonuses, and allowances.
- Attendance & Leave Management: Verify biometric/TMS (Time Management System) data, reconciling actual work days, paid leaves, and absences.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely payments and filings for PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and Gratuity. Handle TDS calculations, tax declarations, and Form 16 issuance. ,
- RJC audits and compliance
- Vendor & Contract Labour Audits: Verify wage bills for subcontracted artisans (karigars) and manage strict labor compliances often required by international buyers and social audits.
- Employee Queries: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving salary discrepancies, tax queries, and issuing payslips.
- MIS & Reporting: Maintain accurate employee databases in HRIS, and prepare payroll dashboards and variance reports for finance teams
Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
