Job Description :
Basic knowledge into Networking – Routing , Switching , Firewall, CCTV.
· The OSI Model and TCP/IP suite .
· Troubleshooting & Resolution: Work alongside senior engineers to diagnose, log, and resolve basic level-1 (L1) network issues and user connectivity complaints
· Hardware & Configuration Support: Learn and assist in the installation, rack mounting, patching, and basic configuration of routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
· Basic routing and switching concepts.
· IP addressing, Subnetting, DNS, and DHCP
Certifications – CCNA is a significant advantage.
