Job Description:
Position Title: Account Executive
Department: Finance & Accounts
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
2. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and statements in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
3. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
4. Monitor cash flow, budget variances, and financial performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
5. Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of transactions.
6. Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns, compliance filings, and other regulatory requirements.
7. Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities during audits and inspections.
8. Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
9. Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and management, to support business objectives and initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
Skills Required:
- Experience in service-based or e-commerce organizations.
- Knowledge of payment gateways and online transaction reconciliation.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
