- Supervise and manage daily production line activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the given timeline.
- Monitor manpower allocation, attendance, and shift planning.
- Maintain product quality and ensure adherence to SOPs and process standards.
- Coordinate with Quality, Production, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
- Identify production issues and take immediate corrective actions.
- Train and guide operators on process improvements, safety, and quality practices.
- Prepare daily production and line performance reports.
- Ensure workplace discipline, safety compliance, and 5S implementation on the production floor.
- Support continuous improvement activities to enhance productivity and reduce defects.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
