Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executivea to drive sales and business growth for Electrical Panels and Infrastructure Products . The candidate should have strong experience in project sales, government tenders, industrial sales, EPC contractors, consultants, and channel development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Generate business for Electrical Panels, LT Panels, HT Panels, PCC, MCC, APFC Panels, VFD Panels, and Infrastructure Products.
- Identify and develop new customers, dealers, distributors, contractors, consultants, and EPC companies.
- Build strong relationships with government departments, utilities, industries, builders, and project customers.
- Handle project sales, tender inquiries, negotiations, and order closures.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with technical, estimation, and production teams for project execution.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and customer satisfaction.
- Submit regular sales forecasts, visit reports, and business updates.
Required Knowledge:
- Understanding of Electrical Panels and Infrastructure Products.
- Experience in Industrial, Government, Project, and Institutional Sales.
- Knowledge of tendering processes and project execution.
- Familiarity with power distribution systems and electrical infrastructure projects.
- Understanding of market dynamics in Uttar Pradesh.
Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Graduate with relevant experience.
