About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Database Administrator (Oracle DBA) to manage, maintain, and optimize Oracle database environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle database administration, backup and recovery, performance tuning, patching, database upgrades, and production support in enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Oracle 19c, 12c, 11g, and 10g databases on Linux, Windows, and AIX platforms.
- Perform Oracle database installation, configuration, migration, upgrades, cloning, and patching.
- Manage RMAN backup and recovery, database restoration, and Disaster Recovery using Oracle Data Guard.
- Execute database refresh, schema refresh, and table refresh activities using Data Pump (expdp/impdp).
- Monitor database health, performance, and availability using Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) and other monitoring tools.
- Analyze AWR, ASH, and ADDM reports to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Optimize SQL queries and support application teams in performance tuning.
- Manage ASM storage, tablespaces, users, roles, schemas, and database security.
- Create and schedule database jobs and automate routine administrative tasks.
- Handle production incidents, change requests, problem tickets, and service requests within SLA.
- Apply Oracle PSU patches in UAT and Production environments.
- Troubleshoot database connectivity, listener, TNS, and database-related issues.
- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and MIS reports.
- Provide 24×7 production support whenever required.

Qualification
- MCA / BCA / B.Tech / BE in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Experience
- Minimum 4 Year of experience as an Oracle Database Administrator in enterprise production environments with exposure to database administration, performance tuning, backup & recovery, and high-availability solutions.
Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹780,000.00 per year
