Job Summary :
We’re seeking an ambitious Business Development professional to drive growth, expand partnerships, and deliver results. It's an Individual Contributor role with a trainee team support model through self efforts.Reporting To: Founding Team / Functional Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze human capital trends and provide strategic recommendations
- Engage with HR Heads, CEOs, CXOs & Founders to open new opportunities
- Build partnerships with sectoral companies & drive revenue growth
- Foster client relationships ensuring high satisfaction
- Explore new marketing ideas through field visits
- Manage data insights & reporting
- Guide & mentor trainees when required
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Management preferred)
- 2+ years of BD/Corporate Sales experience (HR domain preferred)
- Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities
- Personal laptop, mobile & Wi-Fi connectivity mandatory

Compensation

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
