Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Computer Operator to ensure the efficient operation of our computer systems and hardware. You will monitor server performance, execute scheduled tasks, perform data backups, and troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues to minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor system and network performance.
Perform daily backups and routine system maintenance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical malfunctions.
Maintain accurate logs of system activity and inventory.
Provide technical support to staff.
