ReadyAssist is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to lead B2B client acquisition and expand our presence across the automotive OEM and ancillary ecosystem. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong industry network, a consultative sales approach, and a proven track record of driving enterprise revenue growth.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building strategic partnerships, acquiring key automotive accounts, and driving subscription-based business growth across OEMs, lubricant companies, tyre manufacturers, battery brands, fleet operators, and other automotive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B client acquisition by onboarding Automotive OEMs and ancillary industry partners.
- Develop and execute effective subscription-based sales strategies to accelerate revenue growth.
- Build, manage, and convert a strong sales pipeline within the automotive ecosystem.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with CXOs, business heads, and key decision-makers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand ReadyAssist's footprint across the industry.
- Own revenue targets and consistently deliver high-performance results.
- Collaborate with operations, product, and partner teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and execution.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to drive strategic initiatives.
Who Should Apply?
- Professionals with 7+ years of B2B sales experience within the automotive, OEM, or auto ancillary sector.
- Strong understanding of automotive OEMs, lubricants, tyres, batteries, fleet services, and related industry networks.
