Job Role: Retail Sales Executive
Industry: Baby Care Retail
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable baby care products, clothing, accessories, and other store merchandise.
- Explain product features, benefits, sizes, prices, and ongoing offers.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling and product recommendations.
- Promote add-on sales and cross-selling to improve customer experience and sales.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper merchandising.
- Refill shelves and ensure products are properly arranged and price-tagged.
- Support billing, packing, and other counter activities when required.
- Monitor stock availability and inform the Store Manager about low-stock or fast-moving items.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the sales floor.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Support stock receiving, stock counting, and inventory-related activities.
- Follow store policies, grooming standards, and operational procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: Plus Two (+2)
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic sales and product-presentation skills.
- Willingness to learn about baby care products.
- Retail sales experience is preferred; freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
