1. Academic Leadership
- Assist in curriculum planning and implementation
- Monitor teaching quality and student performance
- Support teachers with training and professional development
- Oversee examinations, assessments, and academic records
2. Administrative Duties
- Manage daily school operations and schedules
- Coordinate with different departments (academic, transport, facilities)
- Handle staff attendance, leave records, and substitutions
- Ensure compliance with education board regulations
3. Student Discipline & Welfare
- Enforce school rules and code of conduct
- Address student behavioral issues and conflicts
- Promote a safe and inclusive school environment
- Work with counselors for student well-being
4. Staff Management
- Supervise and evaluate teachers and support staff
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding
- Conduct meetings and communicate policies
5. Parent & Community Engagement
- Interact with parents regarding student progress and concerns
- Organize parent-teacher meetings
- Represent the school in external events when required
6. School Operations Support
- Assist in event planning (annual day, sports day, etc.)
- Oversee safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Step in as acting Principal when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Education or relevant subject
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification
- 5–10 years of teaching experience (leadership experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Organizational and problem-solving skills

- Reports to: Principal
- Supervises: Teachers, administrative staff, and support staff

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
