We are looking for a dedicated receptionist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
a) Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
b) Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
c) Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
d) Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
e) Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookings.
f) Provide basic information about the company to visitors and callers.
g) Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes if required.
h) Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
i) Coordinate with other departments for visitor meetings.
j) Ensure office security by following safety procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
4. Basic computer knowledge
5. Professional appearance and attitude.
6. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Preferred Skills:
1. Knowledge of office management procedures.
2. Experience with office equipment (printers, scanners, phone systems).
3. Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Working Conditions:
Full-time office-based role.
Standard working hours depending on company policy.
