Arbor Academy is looking for a creative and camera-friendly Content creator to join our growing team!
Location: Baner, Pune (On-site)
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 6 Months - 2 Years
Responsibilities
- Create engaging video content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, and other social media platforms.
- Plan, shoot, and present short-form videos, reels, educational, and promotional content.
- Confidently represent Arbor Academy on camera for educational, career guidance, and brand awareness videos.
- Research trending topics related to education, technology, careers, and student success.
- Write creative scripts, captions, and social media copy for digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content calendars, campaigns, and content strategies.
- Assist in planning and executing video shoots from concept to final production.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform algorithms, and content formats.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand identity, communication style, and quality standards.
- Generate fresh content ideas to improve audience engagement and brand visibility.
Requirements
- 6 Months -2 years of experience in content creation, social media, or video production.
- Strong on-camera presence and excellent presentation skills.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Confident, camera-friendly, and comfortable speaking in front of an audience.
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Passion for creating engaging digital content.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and current content trends.
- Experience creating social media videos is preferred but not mandatory.
- Interest in education, technology, and career guidance is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
