Key Responsibilities
1. OT Assistance
- Assist surgeons during ophthalmic surgeries such as:
- Cataract Surgery
- LASIK
- Retina procedures
- Minor OT procedures
- Prepare OT instruments and surgical trays.
- Maintain sterile field and follow OT protocols.
- Assist in patient positioning and draping.
- Ensure proper functioning of OT equipment.
2. Equipment Handling
- Maintain and calibrate ophthalmic diagnostic equipment.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of machines.
- Report any malfunction or repair requirement to the concerned department.
3. Infection Control & Safety
- Follow infection control protocols.
- Ensure sterilization of instruments.
- Maintain OT hygiene and safety standards as per hospital policy.
4. Documentation
- Maintain patient investigation records.
- Update reports in hospital software.
- Assist in maintaining OT records if required.
Experience
- Fresher / 1–3 years experience in an ophthalmology hospital or eye clinic preferred.
- Freshers with proper training may also be considered.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
