About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on social media manager to own our entire content pipeline — from filming and editing to posting, growth, and analytics — across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram. You’ll use AI tools (including Claude) to speed up scripting, editing, captioning, and scheduling, while staying focused on organic audience growth.
Responsibilities
- Shoot, edit, and publish short-form and long-form video content
- Write and repurpose posts/captions across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
- Manage content calendar and consistent posting schedule
- Use AI tools to speed up editing, scripting, and repurposing content across formats
- Track analytics, identify what’s working, and adjust strategy to grow followers/engagement organically
- Stay current on platform trends, algorithm changes, and formats (Reels, Shorts, carousels, etc.)
- Repurpose one piece of content into multiple formats across platforms
Requirements
- 1–3+ years managing social media/content for a brand or creator
- Skilled in video shooting and editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude, editing AI, thumbnail/caption generators)
- Strong understanding of platform-specific growth tactics (SEO for YouTube, hashtags/reels for Instagram, LinkedIn algorithm)
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar)
- Data-driven — comfortable reading analytics dashboards
- Excellent written communication
Nice to Have
- Experience growing a personal brand/thought-leadership account from scratch
- Knowledge of paid boost/ad basics (not required, but a plus)

Pay: ₹11,379.22 - ₹43,103.74 per month
