Job Summary
The Graduate Trainee Engineer (GTE) will support the execution of residential redevelopment and SRA projects by assisting senior engineers in site supervision, quality control, planning, documentation, and coordination. This role provides hands-on exposure to all phases of high-rise construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Site Engineers in day-to-day construction activities.
- Supervise work execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor RCC, masonry, finishing, and waterproofing works.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
- Check material quality and quantities received at site.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Assist in quantity estimation and measurement of executed work.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety procedures.
- Support project documentation, inspection records, and billing measurements.
- Report site issues and assist in resolving technical problems.
- Learn construction methodologies, project planning, and quality control procedures.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers or up to 1 year of site experience.
- Basic knowledge of RCC construction and building drawings.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
- Willingness to work at construction sites in Mumbai.
- Good communication, learning attitude, and teamwork skills.
