Job Summary :
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to understand customer requirements and convert inquiries into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Assist customers in selecting the right furniture products.
2. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
3. Generate quotations and close sales effectively.
4. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
5. Follow up with customers for inquiries and pending orders.
6. Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
7. Maintain product knowledge and stay updated with new collections.
8. Coordinate with the warehouse and support team for timely deliveries.
9. Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing.
10. Promote ongoing offers and finance schemes to customers.
Requirements
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in furniture sales.
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Google Sheet).
4. Strong sales and negotiation skills.
5. Customer-oriented with a professional attitude.
6. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
