Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and innovative Research & Development (Rural Development) Executive to identify new opportunities, develop growth strategies, and support the implementation of rural development initiatives. The role involves both fieldwork and office-based planning, requiring regular interaction with rural communities, stakeholders, and local partners to understand challenges, gather insights, and execute impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to villages and rural areas to assess needs, opportunities, and challenges.
- Research and identify innovative ideas, schemes, and development models that can benefit rural communities.
- Collect and analyze field data to support project planning and decision-making.
- Develop and execute rural development strategies and initiatives.
- Coordinate with community leaders, local authorities, NGOs, and stakeholders.
- Prepare project reports, surveys, presentations, and documentation.
- Monitor the progress of ongoing projects and recommend improvements.
- Support awareness campaigns, training programs, and community engagement activities.
- Identify opportunities for livelihood generation, skill development, and community empowerment.
- Assist management in planning and implementing sustainable rural growth projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Rural Development, Social Work, Agriculture, Management, or any related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in rural development, field operations, social projects, community engagement, or research activities.
- Knowledge of government schemes and rural development programs will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
