Qualification: Post Graduation with B.Ed
Experience: Minimum 3 experience in teaching and academic coordination with excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement and monitor the academic curriculum for high school grades
- Ensure effective execution of CBSE/ICSE guidelines and NEP-aligned practices
- Supervise lesson planning, classroom teaching and assessments
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers
- Coordinate periodic tests, term exams and academic calendars
- Analyze student performance data and implement remedial/enrichment programmes
- Organize teacher training, workshops and academic development sessions
- Maintain academic records, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with Principal and Director for academic excellence
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
