Job Description:
We're looking for a strong writer who can turn complex business, industry, and technical concepts into sales content that clients actually want to read. You'll develop narratives, presentations, sales enablement materials and case studies, that help our professionals communicate value with clarity and confidence. From day one, you'll be empowered by our collaborative culture and comprehensive resources to make a meaningful impact on our firm's growth trajectory.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Driving storytelling excellence across sales materials by developing client narratives, proof points, business outcomes, and executive-level messaging that make our capabilities relevant and memorable and align with the firm’s brand, messaging strategy, and visual identity.
- Collaborating closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex technical, functional, and industry‑specific concepts into clear, compelling sales stories and visually engaging enablement materials.
- Coordinating content development workflows across onshore and offshore teams, ensuring timely delivery, consistent quality standards, and efficient collaboration throughout the content production lifecycle.
- Partnering with the Readiness team to design and deliver training materials, playbooks, and communication assets that support adoption and effective use of new sales tools, collateral, and messaging frameworks across the organization.
- Analyzing content performance and usage metrics, gathering qualitative and quantitative feedback from sales teams, and using insights to continuously improve the relevance, clarity, and impact of sales enablement assets.
- Maintaining a centralized and well‑organized content repository, ensuring sales professionals can quickly access the most up‑to‑date and relevant materials to support client conversations and strategic initiatives.
- Monitoring industry trends, competitor messaging, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation in sales enablement and to ensure the firm's collateral remains market‑relevant and differentiated.
- Supporting sales collateral development for Enterprise Campaigns, Rapid Response initiatives, leadership briefings, and high‑priority client meeting deliverables, often under tight turnaround timelines.
- Ensuring compliance with brand, legal, and regulatory guidelines, conducting quality checks, and upholding messaging consistency across all sales content.
- Driving storytelling excellence by incorporating client success stories, proof points, market insights, and business value drivers into content assets that resonate with client executives and decision-makers.
- Leveraging design best practices and modern content formats (e.g., infographics, interactive PDFs, short-form videos, microslides) to enhance message retention and engagement.
- Facilitating cross‑functional alignment to ensure all sales collateral reflects the latest offerings, capabilities, and go‑to‑market priorities.
- Contributing to process improvements and content governance, establishing templates, guidelines, and workflows that increase efficiency and elevate the overall quality of sales materials.
- Performing additional duties as required, providing flexible support to strategic initiatives and organizational priorities.
Technical Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in sales enablement, content development, or marketing communications, preferably in professional services or B2B environments
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to develop persuasive sales content for executive audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in content creation and collaborating with distributed/onshore resources
- Proficiency with content management systems, design, and digital content creation tools
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and B2B buying processes in professional services
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
