- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system reliability and optimize support processes.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Master Data Management (MDM).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to Master Data Management systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues within enterprise software environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver timely solutions.
- Familiarity with data governance and data quality principles in the context of Master Data Management.
- Excellent communication skills to document issues and solutions clearly and concisely.
