Manager – Sales / Business Development (Individual Contributor)

Role Overview
Responsible for driving domestic and international business growth through new customer acquisition, consultative selling, relationship development, and end-to-end sales execution. The role requires a self-driven individual contributor with a proven ability to generate opportunities through cold calling, build strategic customer relationships, and successfully negotiate and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Build and leverage industry relationships to generate qualified leads and business opportunities.
Conduct cold calling, prospecting, networking, and customer outreach activities.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, customer engagement, solution presentation, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
Understand customer needs and position solutions through a consultative sales approach.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely proposal submission and customer support.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Mandatory Experience
5–8 years of proven experience in B2B Sales / Business Development.
Demonstrated success in consultative sales and solution selling.
Hands-on experience in cold calling, lead generation, customer acquisition, and deal closure.
Experience managing end-to-end commercial negotiations.
Exposure to international business development and customer engagement.
Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
