Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Operations Executive responsible for Vendor/Retailer onboarding and clearing Last-Mile (LM) orders operational pendencies through effective coordination with multiple stakeholders. The role is execution-focused and requires strong follow-ups, ownership of cases, and timely closure of all operational issues including deliveries, cancellations, and refunds.
Key Responsibilities
1. Vendor & Retailer Onboarding
- Handle onboarding of new vendors and retailers onto the platform.
- Coordinate documentation, KYC verification, and setup activities.
- Ensure smooth onboarding completion and operational readiness.
- Act as the key support contact for onboarding-related coordination and issue resolution.
2. Last-Mile (LM) Operations & Pendency Clearance
- Monitor and track all LM pending orders on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with LM team, BDEs, and retailers to clear pending deliveries.
- Follow up continuously to ensure timely resolution of stuck or delayed orders.
- Ensure all delivery-related issues are resolved within defined timelines.
- Maintain strong coordination with stakeholders to drive closure of open cases.
3. Cancellation & Refund Coordination
- Coordinate with LM team, BDEs, and retailers for confirmation of cancelled/rejected orders.
- Ensure timely closure of cancellation cases.
- Coordinate with finance team for processing of refunds within SLA.
- Track and maintain records of cancellations, rejections, and refunds.
Required Skills
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (LM team, BDEs, retailers, finance).
- High ownership and execution mindset.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience in E-commerce or B2B operations preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years in E-commerce Operations (B2B preferred).
- Experience in Last-Mile operations or operations support roles.
KPIs
- % of LM pendency cleared within SLA.
- Timely onboarding completion.
- Cancellation and refund closure TAT.
- Reduction in open operational cases.
- Stakeholder response and coordination efficiency.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
