Qualification: Any Graduate
Exp: 6 Months to 1 yr

Location: Wazirpur Industrial Area
Key Responsibilities
- Process orders from Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and website.
- Confirm and manage website orders.
- Maintain inventory and stock reconciliation.
- Handle customer returns and replacements.
- Process marketplace claims and coordinate with support teams.
- Coordinate with warehouse for dispatch and stock updates.
- Monitor order status, cancellations, and pending shipments.
- Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Basic Formulas, Filters)
- Familiarity with Shiprocket or similar shipping/dispatch software
- Knowledge of inventory management and order processing systems
