Job Title: Personal Assistant to Director
We are looking for a responsible and organized Personal Assistant to support the Director in daily business and coordination work. The candidate should be good in communication, MS Office, and coordination work.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Director’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments
- Handle emails, phone calls, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and staff
- Prepare Excel reports, PowerPoint presentations, and documents
- Maintain files, records, and important documents
- Remind Director about meetings and important tasks
- Arrange meetings and coordinate with team members
- Book travel, hotel, courier, etc. when required
- Assist in business-related work and basic office management
- Handle confidential information professionally
Skills Required:
- Good English communication (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Email
- Good planning and organizing skills
- Polite, professional, and trustworthy
- Ability to multitask and handle work pressure

Salary: Based on experience
Experience: 1–3 years preferred (Freshers with good skills can also apply)
