Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Monitor and improve KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign analysis.
- Implement and manage tracking via GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel.
- Prepare performance reports and provide optimization recommendations.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to improve campaign performance.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Experience managing lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns.
- Agency experience preferred.
