Role overview
We are hiring an Account Director / Client Servicing Lead to own senior client relationships across our D2C accounts - retention, growth and satisfaction. You are the strategic bridge between our clients and our performance, creative, SEO and retention teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of D2C client accounts; drive retention, upsell and account growth.
- Act as the senior point of contact and build trusted relationships with founders and brand leaders.
- Translate client goals into clear briefs and coordinate performance, creative, SEO and retention teams.
- Own account commercials - forecasting, budgets and profitability.
- Lead account managers/executives and review work before it reaches clients.
- Present strategy, performance and growth roadmaps in monthly reviews.
Requirements
- 5+ years in client servicing / account management at a digital or performance marketing agency.
- Proven track record of retaining and growing D2C / ecommerce accounts.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, creative and full-funnel growth.
- Excellent communication, commercial and team-leadership skills.
Tools: GA4, Meta / Google Ads dashboards, project management tools (Asana / Trello / ClickUp).
