Position Summary :
We are looking for UI Designer / Visual Designer to create engaging designs according to customer needs and
desires. You will work under the supervision of Product team to produce phenomenal designs and mock-ups
In this role, you should be highly creative, high customer centricity, In-sighting and have a sharp eye for details
Key Roles & Responsibilities :
- To build the most loved products in the World – The world should rave about it
- Own the products from the UI/UX perspective while they should look spectacular, they should be extremely simple at the same time offer best in class UX
- Illustrate design ideas with scribbles, sketches or storyboards
- Stay relevant with tabs on the latest in the UI and graphic design trends, Design Techniques
- Produce final design solutions (like logos, banners, Web and mobile interfaces, Product Brochures, emailers etc)
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
- Design UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how the application page functions and look like
- Establish and promote design guidelines and standards to drive uniformity across products
Experience :
Min 5 years of experience in UI / Visual Design
Education Qualification / Additional Certifications
Bachelors / Masters in Design (B.Des / M.Des) OR G.D. Art / Applied Art Degree OR equivalent diploma
OR relevant field.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Design tools > Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign
- Knowledge of Mock-up tools > Adobe XD + Quickly learning ability for similar tools
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS design structure
- Optional* – Knowledge of Video editing or quick Animation Tools
- Design Portfolio with – Web / mobile projects, Graphic design work or Advertising Creatives.
- Portfolio format, Combine PDF or Portfolio link
- Familiarity with Web & Print design techniques (e.g. prototyping, artwork making etc.)
- Understanding of visual elements (layout, type and fonts, Design grid)
