E-Commerce Executive – Job Description
An E-Commerce Executive is responsible for managing a company’s online sales operations on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and company websites.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Upload and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms
- Update product details, prices, descriptions, and images
- Monitor inventory and stock levels
- Process and track customer orders
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer queries
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams
- Manage marketplace seller accounts
- Create and manage promotional offers and discounts
- Prepare sales and performance reports
- Ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations
Skills Required
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces
- Basic MS Excel and computer skills
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Time management and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of online customer handling
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
