About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function and support the organization's growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, and policy implementation within an IT company environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Develop and execute effective hiring strategies to attract top IT talent.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand workforce requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
HR Operations
- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Manage attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle activities.
Employee Engagement & Retention
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Address employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and performance.
Performance Management
- Drive performance appraisal processes and goal-setting initiatives.
- Monitor employee performance and support career development plans.
- Work closely with leadership to identify training and development needs.
Policy & Compliance
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and labor regulations.
- Support audits and maintain HR compliance records.
Strategic HR Initiatives
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Contribute to organizational development and workforce planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of HR experience in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT recruitment and HR operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.
- Experience handling a fast-paced IT services or product-based company environment.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
