Position Summary
The Production Floor Supervisor oversees daily shift operations on the ice cream manufacturing floor. This role ensures that production plans are executed efficiently while maintaining strict adherence to quality, portion control, and packaging standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Daily Plan Execution: Implement and monitor the daily production plan to meet volume targets and shift schedules.
* Quality & Consistency Control: Conduct regular, random product sampling on the floor to verify that colors, taste, texture, and core product attributes meet brand standards.
* Weight & Packaging Audit: Ensure strict adherence to weight specifications per SKU. Monitor packaging lines to guarantee seals, batch coding, and structural integrity are flawless.
* Floor Management: Supervise line operators, assign tasks, minimize product wastage, and maintain strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and hygiene standards on the floor.
Qualifications & Experience
* 2–4 years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing plant (dairy or frozen foods preferred).
* Strong understanding of food safety, weight compliance, and high-speed packaging machinery.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
