Job Summary
The Performance Testing Engineer will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests using industry-standard tools such as JMeter and HP LoadRunner. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in identifying system bottlenecks, interpreting test results, and providing recommendations for performance improvements. The role also involves working with cross-functional teams to ensure application scalability, reliability, and optimal user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using JMeter, HP LoadRunner, and other relevant tools.
Plan and conduct load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests for web and enterprise applications.
Analyze test results, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to development and product teams.
Identify performance bottlenecks and work with engineering teams to resolve issues.
Maintain and update performance test environments as needed.
Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and development teams to integrate performance testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
Stay updated with the latest performance testing methodologies and tools.
