We're now looking for a Growth Co-Founder who wants to build one of India's leading digital health companies.
About the Role
This is not a traditional job.
We're looking for someone who wants to build a company from the ground up and own growth alongside the founding team.
You'll lead customer acquisition, performance marketing, revenue strategy, and business growth while helping shape DashCare's long-term vision.
If you've successfully scaled D2C brands, health-tech companies, marketplaces, or consumer internet businesses—and you're ready to build something meaningful—this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.
What You'll Own
- Performance marketing across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Sales strategy and conversion optimization.
- E-commerce growth and funnel optimization.
- Marketing analytics and experimentation.
- Growth budgeting, CAC, LTV, ROAS, and profitability.
- Building and leading a high-performing growth team.
- Strategic partnerships and business development.
- Product growth insights based on customer behavior and data.
- Working directly with the founding team on company strategy.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with a proven track record of scaling businesses.
Ideally, you have experience in:
- Performance Marketing
- D2C or E-commerce Growth
- Consumer Internet or HealthTech
- Sales & Revenue Growth
- Customer Acquisition
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Digital Marketing
- Growth Analytics
- Brand Building
- Business Strategy
Bonus if you've worked with startups, venture-backed companies, or high-growth consumer brands.

- Proven experience driving measurable revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of paid acquisition and digital marketing.

- Bachelor's degree preferred (experience matters more than credentials).
