Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operation Manager to oversee and manage day-to-day textile production and operational activities. The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth production, effective manpower utilization, timely order execution, quality standards, cost control, and coordination between production, stores, quality, maintenance, dispatch, and management teams.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of textile manufacturing processes, production planning, manpower management, operational control, and production reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor day-to-day textile production and operational activities.
- Plan production schedules according to orders, capacity, manpower, and delivery requirements.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the required time, quality, and cost parameters.
- Monitor manpower utilization, productivity, attendance, and work allocation.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, Maintenance, Dispatch, and Purchase departments.
- Monitor raw material availability and ensure uninterrupted production.
- Identify production bottlenecks, delays, wastage, and operational issues and take corrective action.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, production processes, and company procedures.
- Monitor production efficiency, wastage, rejection, downtime, and overall productivity.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly production/operation reports for management.
- Control operational costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and production resources.
- Lead, guide, and motivate supervisors, operators, and production staff.
- Conduct regular production reviews and take necessary corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure timely completion of production orders and coordinate with dispatch for delivery commitments.
- Maintain discipline, safety, housekeeping, and proper work practices within the production area.
- Report major operational issues, delays, shortages, and performance concerns to management.
Drive continuous improvement, productivity enhancement, and operational efficiency.

Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
