Job Summary: The Academic Coordinator is responsible for overseeing academic operations, ensuring smooth course delivery, and maintaining high educational standards. This role involves coordinating between faculty, students, and administration to enhance the overall learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate academic schedules, timetables, and course delivery
- Act as a bridge between faculty, students, and management
- Monitor student progress, attendance, and academic performance
- Support faculty in curriculum planning and implementation
- Ensure adherence to academic policies and quality standards
- Organize academic events, workshops, and guest lectures
- Handle student concerns and provide academic support when needed
- Maintain academic records, reports, and documentation
- Assist in admissions and onboarding processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline (Education/Media preferred)
- 2–3years of experience in academic coordination or administration
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage schedules and work under deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and academic management systems
