Role Overview
The Manager will be responsible for establishing and strengthening partnerships with healthcare institutions, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, mental health organizations, clinics, NGOs, and industry partners to facilitate On-the-Job Training (OJT), clinical postings, internships, fieldwork, and
experiential learning opportunities for students of Psychology and Allied Health Sciences. The role also involves developing and managing Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with partner organizations to support student training, research, and industry engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Industry Partnership Development
-
Identify, approach, and onboard hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, rehabilitation centers,mental health organizations, NGOs, and healthcare providers for student training and placement opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders and healthcare institutions.

Explore new opportunities for collaboration in training, internships, research, and skill development.
2. OJT & Clinical Posting Coordination
-
Facilitate OJT, internships, clinical postings, field visits, and practical training for Psychologyand Allied Health Sciences students.

Coordinate with academic departments and industry partners to ensure timely placement of students.

Monitor student attendance, performance, and compliance during training and clinical postings.

Resolve issues related to student deployment and industry coordination.
3. MoU Development & Management
-
Draft, process, and coordinate Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with hospitals,healthcare institutions, NGOs, and industry partners.

Ensure timely renewal and maintenance of partnership agreements.

Maintain records and documentation related to all industry collaborations and MoUs.
-
Coordinate with legal, administrative, and academic teams for approvals and execution of agreements.
4. Stakeholder Coordination

Act as the primary point of contact between the university and partner organizations.

Organize industry meetings, partnership discussions, and review sessions.

Facilitate communication among students, faculty members, and industry partners.
5. Compliance & Documentation
-
Maintain a database of industry partners, clinical sites, and training organizations.

Prepare periodic reports on student postings, industry engagement activities, and partnership outcomes.

Ensure compliance with university policies, accreditation requirements, and regulatory guidelines related to clinical training.
6. Student Support & Career Development
-
Guide students regarding internship and clinical posting requirements.
-
Support employability initiatives and facilitate industry interactions.

Assist in organizing workshops, guest lectures, industry visits, and career-oriented activities.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
-
Master's Degree in Psychology, Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Social Work, Allied Health Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.

Additional certifications in healthcare management or industry relations will be an advantage.

5 - 10 years of experience in industry relations, healthcare partnerships, training coordination,placement activities, or academic-industry collaboration.

Experience in working with hospitals, healthcare institutions, NGOs, or educational institutions is preferred.

Strong networking and relationship management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

Knowledge of healthcare and mental health ecosystems.

Experience in drafting and managing MoUs and partnership agreements.

Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
