Job Summary
Job Profile requires a self motivated, persuasive candidate with strong knowledge base in quantification and billing of work as per site execution and relevant experience of 5 years from similar industry.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Prepare Material / Purchase Order, Supply report, Budget Estimate based on project completion plan, Project Cost Report.
2. Prepare Bills of Quantity (BOQ) as per specifications.
3. Prepare monthly bills after verification of measurement sheet from client and submit along with other supporting documents (Finance, HR).
4. Handle queries/issues regarding billing.
5. Rigorous followup with client on Bill status and payments.
6. Reconciliation of quantities and rates.
7. Prepare and submit all documents pertaining to contract.
Key Skills
Excellent Logical Reasoning, Rate Analysis, Measurement Analysis, Billing Knowledge, Basic Knowledge of HR compliance
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Qualification; Graduate, preferably B.Tech
- Work Experience - Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in Landscape or similar industry.

Compensation - Rs 20,000 to Rs 25,000
