GTPL is hiring enthusiastic Telecallers to support the Enterprise Solutions business by generating leads, connecting with potential customers, and scheduling appointments for the Business Development team. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Generate and qualify leads for the Business Development team.
- Explain the company's Enterprise Solutions and IT services to potential clients.
- Schedule appointments and follow-up meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Build positive relationships with customers and address their basic queries.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
