How would you like designing workflow solutions shaping global customer delivery, driving real process transformation?
The
Technical Implementation Specialist designs, configures, tests, deploys workflow-based solutions supporting customer delivery, process optimisation, operational excellence. The role partners closely with internal stakeholders, CI teams, project managers translating business needs into scalable technical solutions. Strong analytical thinking, problem solving capability, automation mindset, continuous improvement focus define success in this role.

What you will be doing
- Participate in scoping sessions capturing requirements for workflow forms, dashboards, customer solutions
- Design, configure, deploy automated workflows aligned to business requirements, customer outcomes
- Identify simplification opportunities across processes driving efficiency, scalability, operational improvement
- Collaborate with CI teams preparing structured briefs for automation tools, scripts, enhancements
- Develop, execute UAT scenarios validating solution accuracy, stability, release readiness
- Track UAT outcomes coordinating issue resolution, ensuring timely delivery of fixes
- Deliver enablement sessions supporting adoption of tools, workflows across internal teams, customers
- Provide post implementation support resolving technical issues, enabling smooth stakeholder adoption
What we are looking for from you
Essential
- Experience with workflow automation, configuration based platforms
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement capability
- Ability of handling multiple priorities within tight timelines
Desirable
- Exposure to Salesforce, Smartsheet, similar workflow tools
- Experience in automation, process optimisation initiatives
- Comfort using spreadsheets, formulas for data insights
- Background in customer implementation, technical delivery environments
