The Airline Solutions team builds modern, user-focused digital solutions for airlines. Our work spans offer and order management, retail innovation, operations, and customer experience.
The UX team is a collaborative group of Designers, Researchers, and Writers working closely with Product and Engineering teams to create accessible, scalable, and high-impact solutions across airline workflows.
As a UX Design Specialist , you will design clear, engaging, and intuitive user experiences for airline platforms and tools. You will help turn user needs and business goals into practical design solutions, working inside an expert team and growing your craft along the way. This role blends creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving.
- Support the design process end-to-end—from research insights through final designs—for small to mid-sized projects.
- Create design outputs such as user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and user interface specifications.
- Turn product goals and user needs into usable, consistent designs.
- Apply our design systems and accessibility guidelines to your work.
- Iterate designs based on team and user feedback for continuous improvement.
- Use research insights and analytics to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Developers, and QA.
- Participate in design reviews and share ideas constructively.
- Contribute to UX team learning and knowledge-sharing.
- 5-10 years of experience in UX Design or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with key usability and interaction design principles.
- Ability to structure user journeys and create effective design solutions.
- Comfort using design tools such as Figma and collaboration tools like Miro or FigJam.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Works well in both structured processes and adaptable, evolving environments.
Preferred (Not Required):
- Familiarity with the travel or airline industry.
- Experience with user research methods or service design.
- Knowledge of design systems and accessibility standards.
