Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with hands-on experience in modern web and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring successful delivery of projects using React, .NET Core, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and cloud deployment environments.
The candidate will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and oversee application deployments on IIS, Kestrel, Nginx, and Apache servers while ensuring performance, scalability, and security best practices.
This role also involves managing projects related to Digital Valuation Services (DVS), including automated valuation workflows, ERP integrations, and secure handling of sensitive financial or digital asset data.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage software development projects end-to-end within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Coordinate with developers, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage source code repositories and version control processes using GitHub, including branching, merging, and pull request reviews.
- Oversee application deployment and hosting using IIS, Kestrel, Nginx, and Apache servers.
- Collaborate with cloud teams for deployment, monitoring, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Manage Digital Valuation Services (DVS) projects, including workflow automation and ERP/financial system integration.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide timely status reports to management.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation, workflows, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Ensure software solutions follow security, scalability, and performance best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role in software development.
- Hands-on experience with React.js and .NET Core technologies.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with cloud deployment environments and application hosting.
- Familiarity with IIS, Kestrel, Nginx, and Apache web servers.
- Proficiency in GitHub and CI/CD workflows.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of Microservices Architecture.
- Experience with Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience integrating ERP systems and financial modules.
- Exposure to Digital Valuation Services (DVS) or automated valuation workflows is an added advantage.
