ERP Implementation Executive (Retail POS & ERP)

About Us
UNIPROTECH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED develops Retail POS and ERP software solutions for retail businesses, supermarkets, warehouses, and distribution companies. We are looking for an ERP Implementation Executive to join our implementation team and support customers throughout the software deployment process.
Job Responsibilities
- Implement Retail POS & ERP solutions at customer locations.
- Configure ERP modules including POS, Inventory, Purchasing, Warehouse, Finance, and related modules.
- Collect, validate, and migrate customer master data, including items, suppliers, customers, pricing, GST details, and opening stock.
- Execute SQL queries to validate data and troubleshoot implementation issues.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before customer go-live.
- Install and configure POS hardware, including receipt printers, barcode scanners, weighing scales, and customer displays.
- Train end users, including cashiers, store managers, warehouse staff, and accounting teams.
- Provide implementation support during go-live and post-implementation stabilization.
- Document implementation activities and coordinate with Development, Support, and Customer Success teams.
- Travel to customer locations for implementation, training, and support as required.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, Business Administration, Retail Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 0–1 years of experience in ERP implementation, POS software, retail operations, warehouse operations, or technical support.
- Strong knowledge of SQL.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of retail business processes, including billing, inventory, purchasing, warehouse operations, and stock management.
- Good communication, presentation, and customer interaction skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot software and data-related issues.
- Willingness to travel for customer implementations.
- Flexible to support customer go-live activities, including weekends or extended hours when required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP, POS, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or Inventory Management Software.
- Knowledge of GST and retail billing processes.
- Basic understanding of databases.
- Basic Windows operating system and networking knowledge.
- Experience in retail stores, supermarkets, warehouses, inventory control, or supply chain operations.
