Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2–4 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in visual design, branding, and digital creatives, along with hands-on experience using AI-powered design tools. The candidate should be capable of creating high-quality marketing materials for digital platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging creatives for social media, websites, digital advertisements, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
- Develop branding materials, banners, brochures, presentations, infographics, and other visual assets.
- Create visually compelling graphics for performance marketing campaigns and digital promotions.
- Use AI-powered graphic design tools to improve creativity, productivity, and design quality.
- Collaborate with content writers, video editors, and the marketing team to deliver creative campaigns.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI technologies, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a Digital Marketing Agency or a fast-paced creative environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience with AI graphic design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI, Microsoft Designer, ChatGPT, or similar AI-powered design platforms.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create social media creatives, ad banners, website graphics, and marketing materials.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Figma, or CorelDRAW is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut is a plus.
- Experience designing creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and D2C brands.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative design work is mandatory.
